Kyle Cavanagh (2022)

Kyle is from Western Sydney and is fascinated by the structure and functioning of the human body. In his free time, he can be found hanging out with his friends and family, whether that be at a park, or poolside. He is studying a Bachelor of Health Science which he will follow up with ANU’s prestigious postgraduate Doctor of Medicine and Surgery.

Kyle applied to the Tuckwell program as he saw it as an opportunity to reach his full potential, with the ability to connect to likeminded people being a major selling point. Furthermore, the support from the Tuckwell Scholarship Program, both monetary and developmentally, will allow him to get the most out of his time at ANU. Kyle also believes that the support from the Tuckwell Scholarship Program, will afford him leadership opportunities so he can contribute to the Program, ANU and the wider community.
