This week, in our 21st podcast edition, Program Director Dr Fiona Scotney sits down with 2019 Scholar Charles (Charlie) O'Neill.
Charlie is from Bathurst and is studying a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a Bachelor of Economics, with a major in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science/Econometrics.
They discuss pivots in areas of study, a summer in Boston for an exchange to Harvard university, co-founding Rake news, running and Murakami books, his upcoming PHD in Oxford for his recent Sir John Monash Scholarship!
They also discuss his interesting work in AI and language model research, and Charlie shares some sage advice for younger Tuckwell Scholars.
