Episode 25 - Tuckwell Talks: Conversations with Scholars

 

Head of Scholars House, Associate Professor Michelle Barrett sits down with 2021 Scholar, Caitlin McManus-Barrett. Caitlin is studying a PHB Science with a major in Physics, and minors in math's and Spanish in her honours year.

They discuss Caitlin’s love for languages, quantum physics, entanglements, as well as her rowing pursuits which have taken her to different parts of the world, including to the world championships in Canada where she won a bronze medal! 

 

They also chat about her disability support work, overcoming injury, taking on challenges, embracing change and the importance of taking a step back in order to move forward as well as her exciting future plans including Olympic aspirations!
