New Podcast! The Research Relay – Hear from undergraduate researchers from ANU

Chris Jackson (2021) has recently launched a new research Podcast called The Research Relay.

The podcast provides a platform for undergraduate researchers to share their findings, capture their stories and build a lasting archive for the research community. It also aims to inspire early-year students by raising awareness of future research opportunities and spotlighting more experienced researchers with shared interests that they can contact.

Chris is in his 4th year of a double degree at ANU and majoring in renewable energy systems and finance. He enjoys the process of producing these podcast episodes: finding researchers within the ANU community, interviewing them in one of the on-campus recording studios, editing the audio, and sharing the episode alongside a headshot of the guest. Chris is also a skilled photographer! The production process not only hones the guests' communication skills, and Chris', but also helps build their individual profiles and promote their research.

Check out the latest episode of The Research Relay with Isaac Martin (2020) on Solar Cells and Hydrogen markets. Episodes in this season of the podcast follow a theme of Climate Change and Sustainability.
