Tuckwell Scholar Ella Wishart receives ANU College of Science 2023 LD Pryor Prize

Ella Wishart has been awarded the ANU College of Science, LD Pryor Prize for aggregate grades in Zoology, Botany or Ecology in Semester 2, 2023.

The objective/s of this ANU College of Science prize are to award the students who achieved the best result as shown by the award of the highest aggregate mark in any courses from the fields of Botany, Zoology, or Ecology offered by the Research School of Biology.

Ella is a 2021 Tuckwell Scholar and is currently studying a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Environment and Sustainability at ANU. She is particularly interested in community ecology and bushfire science and loves learning about how ecological principles can guide land management and conservation. 

As a Tuckwell Scholar this recognition highlights Ella's individual achievement while also adding another gold star to the Tuckwell Scholarship Program, known for nurturing outstanding scholars and the leaders of tomorrow.
