Tuckwell Scholarships Awarded for 2025
The Tuckwell Scholarship Program is delighted to announce its twelfth annual awarding of Scholarships to high-performing school leavers.
The Tuckwell Scholarship Program is the most transformational undergraduate scholarship program in Australia. Every year, we offer 25 talented school-leavers the opportunity to fulfil their potential by actively participate in the very best that ANU has to offer. The Selection Panel selects Scholars based on intellect, character, leadership, and their commitment to Australia.
The 25 applicants from across Australia offered 2025 Tuckwell Scholarships are:

Program Director, and Acting Head of Scholars House, Dr Fiona Scotney, said “The Tuckwell Scholarship Program is a jewel in the university's crown, and we always look forward to welcoming new Scholars to our community.”
The application process occurs in three stages with the 2025 Scholars being selected from a field of over 1,000 through a rigorous process designed to evaluate academic ability, as well as leadership potential, commitment to giving back and strength of character. The Scholars selected this year are a diverse cohort, which should contribute to a vibrant group who can learn from each other, which is one of the core aims and strengths of the Program.
In recognition of their talent and potential, all Stage 3 interviewees who did not receive a Tuckwell Scholarship have been offered an ANU Academic Scholarship valued at $8,000 per annum for up to four years, which can be held in conjunction with equity-based scholarships, subject to gaining admission to the ANU.
